^That right there is one of the best feelings in the world.

This photo was taken after closing on April 26th, 2013. It was a delightful experience with these sellers and the process from the start. It took 5 minutes to go from initial offer, to counteroffer, to negotiating an inclusion, and acceptance on both sides! It was said by everyone involved to be the nicest, most smooth-sailing settlement they ever did. Seriously, it involved hugs, laughter, crumb cake, coffee, jokes, and chatting with the sellers throughout…as pleasant as it gets! We were lucky enough to have the best possible people working for us, from our realtor, to our mortgage broker, to the settlement officer. On that red-letter day, our celebration was twofold: It was our 4-year wedding anniversary AND  our “homeowner day”. Not too shabby! 😉

And so it began…
